Refund policy

A provider failure releases the reservation and does not consume the guest try or an account credit. An unknown provider result keeps the reservation until it is reconciled, so you are not charged twice for one unclear job.

When payment exists

Payments are not open, so there is nothing to refund today. When a paid plan exists: unused purchased credits can be reviewed for a refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not been spent; a failed generation returns its credit automatically; a subscription can be canceled any time and keeps its features until the end of the paid period. Write to hello@aimagetovideo.com. The target is to answer within 7 days. That mailbox has to be forwarded by the owner before it can receive mail.

Credits are not cash, not transferable, and not a stored-value product sold by a third party. No negative-option trial is offered.
