Privacy policy
Effective 8 November 2026. This policy describes the image-to-video tool at aimagetovideo.com.
Who operates this site
AimageToVideo is operated by AimageToVideo. Privacy requests go to hello@aimagetovideo.com. The target is to answer within 7 days after the mailbox is connected.
What is processed
- The image you upload, a hash of that image, and the motion prompt.
- The job record: model, cost estimate, status, provider job id, and result URL.
- A hash of the connecting IP address, the country code supplied by Cloudflare, and the time of your consent checkbox.
- If you create an optional account: your email and a hash of the one-time account token. The raw token is shown once and is not stored.
- If you report a clip: the reason, an optional email, and the ticket id.
Why
The image and prompt are sent to the video provider so it can make the clip. The IP hash and country code enforce the daily free limit and the rule that connections from India do not receive free credits. Turnstile is used to reject automated submits. Reports are stored so a clip can be hidden. None of this is sold, and none of it is used to train a model for this site.
Processors
Cloudflare hosts the site, supplies the country code and connecting IP, and runs Turnstile. kie.ai is the video provider and also stores the uploaded file for about 24 hours. fal is a backup provider and an optional image-safety checker. Both stay off unless the operator sets the matching environment flags. If payments open later, Stripe would process the card. Stripe is not connected now, and this site does not collect card numbers.
How long it is kept
- The provider deletes the uploaded file after about 24 hours.
- The provider keeps the finished media for about 14 days.
- This site stops showing a free result after 7 days. A paid result, once payments exist, would be shown for 30 days.
- A reported clip is hidden immediately.
- Prompts and media URLs on the job row are cleared after 90 days. Safety-event rows for refused requests are kept so abuse can be reviewed.
Cookies and children
No analytics cookie is set. The measurement id for analytics is empty. Cloudflare may process the connecting IP to deliver the site and apply the daily limit. Turnstile may set a cookie to complete the human check. This tool is not for anyone under 13, and romantic or photo animation is only for adults 18 or older.
Your requests
Email hello@aimagetovideo.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion of an account or a report. A result page is already hidden from search and uses an unguessable address. Deletion of a safety event that may be evidence of child sexual abuse material will not be done quietly; that material is preserved for a CyberTipline report.
